Withdraw from your order
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you have a legal right to change your mind and withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving a reason. Complete the short form and you will receive a confirmation by email.

When it applies
Your 14-day cancellation period starts the day after you receive your order. If it arrives in more than one parcel, the period runs from the day the last item arrives. You may also use this form before your order has been dispatched.
What happens next
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you. If it has already been delivered, please return the items to us after you submit the form.
Returning the goods
Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. Use protective packaging and include the original packaging where available. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; we may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You pay change-of-mind return postage; this does not limit your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
Your refund
We will refund you within 14 days of being told you are withdrawing. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever happens first. For a full-order withdrawal, this includes the standard outbound delivery charge, but not the extra cost of a more expensive delivery option you chose. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
