Cancelling an Order
Once an order has been shipped, we are no longer able to cancel or change the order. If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund. This does not affect your rights if your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described.

Delayed Delivery
All parcels are tracked. If your order has not been delivered within the allocated timeframe, please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to urgently resolve this with the courier on your behalf.
Accidental Order
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrectly ordered items. Please check compatibility carefully before ordering. This does not affect your rights if your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described. In those cases, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange the appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or another solution depending on the issue.
Unused Products
In the unlikely event that you notice a manufacturing fault, please report this to us within 30 days of your order. Do not use the product. We will thoroughly investigate the issue and offer a replacement at no charge. Please note that we cannot replace products which have suffered physical damage (by example: dropped or disassembled by the customer).
Used Products
Buy with confidence. Blades are covered by our 30 day quality guarantee. Clippers and trimmers are covered for a year. If something is wrong because of a manufacturing fault, we’ll send you a free replacement.
OTHER
Once an order has been shipped, we are usually unable to cancel or change it. If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us and we will investigate and provide the appropriate remedy.
